Shipping policy

Custom & Made-to-Order Items: Please allow 3 to 5 business days for production and crafting before your order ships out.

 Ready-to-Ship Items: Orders containing only ready-to-ship inventory will typically process and ship within 1 to 2 business days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

 Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and package weight.

 We ship via standard carriers (such as USPS and UPS). Standard delivery typically takes an additional 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.

Order Tracking

 Once your item is packaged and labels are created, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information so you can follow your package's journey to your door.

Damaged or Lost Packages

 We take great care in packaging your items safely. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging so we can help resolve the issue.

 Dalton Designz Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier, but please reach out if you encounter any delivery issues and we will do our best to assist you!
