How to Order Custom Laser Engraving & Sublimation
At Dalton Designz Studio, we make ordering custom products simple. Follow these steps to get started:
Step 1: Browse Our Products
Explore our collection of custom laser-engraved and sublimated items including benches, family name signs, pet memorial stones, fireplace mantels, tumblers, and more. Each product page includes examples and inspiration.
Step 2: Contact Us for a Quote
Most of our custom items require a personalized quote based on size, materials, and design complexity. Reach out to us with:
- The product you're interested in
- Size or dimensions (if applicable)
- Your custom text, names, dates, or design ideas
- Any special requests or questions

Step 3: Review Your Design Proof
Once we receive your request, we'll provide:
- A custom price quote
- A design proof showing exactly how your engraving will look
- Estimated turnaround time
- Shipping or pickup options
Step 4: Approve & Pay
After you approve the design and quote, we'll send you a payment link or invoice. Once payment is received, we'll begin crafting your custom piece.
Step 5: Production & Delivery
We'll keep you updated throughout the process. Depending on your item:
- Tumblers & Small Items: Standard shipping available
- Large Items (benches, signs, mantels): Freight shipping (buyer pays freight) or local pickup in the 51005 area
- On-Site Engraving: We come to you within our 75-mile service radius
